Shipping policy
Standard Shipping (Canada Post)
• All orders ship at a flat rate of CAD15 within Canada.
• Orders over CAD130 (before tax) qualify for FREE standard shipping.
• Free shipping applies to standard parcels up to 2kg. Oversized or overweight parcels (over 2kg or non-standard dimensions) may incur additional charges. Customers will be notified before shipment.
• Standard shipping is fulfilled via Canada Post and typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
• ⚠️ Canada Post services may occasionally be delayed due to postal strikes or operational disruptions. In such cases, we recommend choosing our expedited courier option for timely delivery.
Expedited Shipping
• For faster and more reliable service, we offer Expedited Courier Shipping at a flat rate of CAD25.
• Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on location.
• Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
Remote / Oversized Orders
• Additional charges may apply for shipments to remote regions (e.g., Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) or for oversized/heavy parcels. Customers will be notified in advance before processing.
General Notes
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding statutory holidays.
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, strikes, weather, or customs clearance.
• Accapi Wellness reserves the right to adjust shipping rates, shipping methods, Free Shipping offers, and promotional discounts at any time without prior notice.
