Shipping policy
Standard Shipping (Canada Post)
• We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
• Canada: Flat Rate CAD 15.
• United States: Flat Rate CAD 25.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination.
• Orders over CAD 130 (before tax) qualify for FREE standard shipping within Canada only.
• Free shipping applies to standard parcels up to 2kg. Oversized or overweight parcels (over 2kg or non-standard dimensions) may incur additional charges. Customers will be notified before shipment.
• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email.
Expedited Shipping
• Expedited Shipping is available within Canada at a flat rate of CAD25.
• Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on destination.
• Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
Remote / Oversized Orders
• Additional charges may apply for shipments to remote regions, including Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, or for oversized or overweight parcels. Customers will be notified before the order is processed.
General Notes
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding statutory holidays.
• Customers outside Canada and the United States are welcome to contact us for shipping availability and a quotation before placing an order.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, strikes, weather, or customs clearance.
• Accapi Wellness reserves the right to adjust shipping rates, shipping methods, Free Shipping offers, and promotional discounts at any time without prior notice.
