Service Nature
•    We provide non-invasive wellness and lifestyle support. Our services are not medical treatments and cannot replace professional medical advice.


Health & Safety
•    Clients may be required to complete or update a Health Consultation Form before receiving services.
•    Clients with certain health conditions (such as pregnancy, active cancer treatment, cardiovascular disease, or a pacemaker) may be advised to consult their healthcare provider before receiving certain services.
•    Clients must follow all product instructions and safety guidelines when using FIR or EQT products. Pregnant women, children, and individuals with pacemakers or other medical implants should consult a healthcare provider before use.


Bookings, Cancellations & Payment
•    Payment is collected at the completion of your appointment.
•    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
•    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service time may be shortened to avoid affecting other scheduled appointments.
