Service Nature
•    We provide non-invasive wellness and lifestyle support. Our services are not medical treatments and cannot replace professional medical advice.


Health & Safety
•    Clients must complete a Health Consultation Form before every service.
•    Clients with certain health conditions (such as pregnancy, active cancer treatment, cardiovascular disease, or a pacemaker) may be advised to consult their healthcare provider before receiving certain services.
•    For product use, please note that FIR and EQT items are generally safe, but pregnant women, children, and individuals with medical implants should consult a healthcare provider before use.


Bookings & Payment
•    Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
•    Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
•    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened. If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, payment is non-refundable and a new booking is required.


Payments
•    Full payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely through our online booking system.
